NO REFUNDS or RETURNS
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products once they have been purchased, except in the case of defective or damaged products as outlined below.
DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We will only offer a replacement product if you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival. To be eligible you must:
Notify us within 3-7 days of delivery (via email)
Provide clear photo or video evidence showing the defect or damage
Include order number and description of the issue
Claims submitted without sufficient proof may not be approved. If the entire shipment is damaged, or a replacement item is damaged again after re-shipment, then it is required to make a claim with the post office before submitting a claim for replacement items from BE Raw Skin Care.
REVIEW PROCESS
Once your claim is received via email (info@berawskincare.com) we will review the evidence within 3-5 business days and reach out to you with a resolution.
